The surname Haro has been linked to the art market in Mexico for almost four decades. Tere Haro belongs to that first generation of Art Dealers who started in Mexico in the mid-eighties.
Where Mexican Art collecting began to underpin the departments of Latin American Art of the main auction houses in New York growing up on a large scale inside and outside the country. Ricardo Suárez Haro entered the business at the beginning of the new Millennium. He started to commercialize emerging and mid-career artists; time later Tere and Ricardo detected the different needs of the art market itself and the lack of advice that existed, there are things that a gallery by itself can not offer.
